Taizhou Yasmei plastic Products Co., Ltd. is a professional plastic baby products special in manufacture Children table and chair sets, building blocks table and chair, Baby dinning chair etc. Our factory is located in the beautiful Town of Yanjiang, Linhai, Taizhou, Zhejiang. Founded in 2012,covers an area of 20000m² ,owns more than 100 employees,has 8 automatic assembly and packaging lines, 5 large injection machines and 20 small injection machines,and owns more than 60 independent product patents. We have a professional design team, supporting mold processing and injection molding workshop, can independently complete the whole closed loop from product development to production.

We adhere to IS09001 quality management system and scientific modern enterprise management system for production management. Our products has been certified by SGS,KC,EN14988,EN 71,ASTM F963,etc. Our products are exported to Europe, the United States, Southeast Asia and other international markets, and has been the consistent praise of customers.

Customization Process

1. Picture, Pantone color number or sample: We get the Logo pictures or Pantone color numbers or samples from customers.
2. Quotation: We will give customers customized quotation，when get customized information.
3. Design Confirmation: After the quotation is confirmed by the customer, we will make the corresponding product packaging or product surface LOGO design and customized color matching 2d drawings according to the customized information provided , and send them to the customer for confirmation.
4. Make production plan: After receiving the advance payment from customers, we will make the corresponding production plan.
5. Ordering accessories and raw materials: We will purchase accessories and raw materials according to production plan.
6. Injection production: We will start to machine injection production samples,after the arrival of raw materials.
7. Send samples: The produced samples shall be confirmed with the customer by video or express delivery.
8. Mass Producing: We will produce the products after getting the customers' confirmation and orders.
9. Inspection: We will inspect the products by our inspectors or ask the customers to inspect together with us when finished.
10. Shipment: We will ship the goods to the customers after getting the inspection result ok and the customers' confirmation.
